AI features process information you have already provided or uploaded for the purpose of assisting your loan file.

We do not use your personal financial data to train third-party AI models. Sensitive data such as Social Security numbers and dates of birth are encrypted at rest. AI outputs are reviewed by your consultant before they are used in official loan documents.

We share information only as needed to originate and process your loan, including with:

• Your mortgage consultant and their processing team;
• Lenders, underwriters, and title/closing providers involved in your transaction;
• Service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the platform;
